Atley LLC is my attempt to create one home for the different kinds of work I do. For years, most of my professional work has been in live production—as a Production Manager, Technical Director, A1/A2, RF Coordinator, and Comms Technician. Alongside that work, I have continued building software, experimenting with technology, and exploring interests such as ham radio, electronics, 3D printing, and drones. These things may look unrelated, but they come from the same place: curiosity about how systems work and the desire to make them work better. What I’m building The goal is for Atley LLC to bring together three parts of my work: The productions I help plan and execute The software products I create The projects and experiments I pursue along the way That includes products such as StrikeNote, Anchor, and DualTime, as well as longer-term projects like AtleyOS. I’m also building the less-visible infrastructure behind the company: Atley Account, beta testing, project publishing, customer communication, and a website that can represent both my professional experience and the things I make. Why document it? This Projects section is a place to share that process while it is happening—not only after everything is finished. Some updates may cover software releases. Others might involve radio, servers, audio, 3D printing, drones, or something entirely new. The point is to document what I’m learning, what I’m building, what worked, and what didn’t. Atley LLC is still taking shape. This post marks the beginning of documenting that process.
