These Beta Terms apply when you join an Atley LLC public beta and download a pre-release Android build of StrikeNote, Anchor, DualTime, or another Atley app offered through atley.llc. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Beta software
Beta builds are unfinished software. Features may be incomplete, change, or be removed. Performance, reliability, and compatibility can differ from a later release.
2. Possible defects
The software may contain defects, lose data, or stop working. You use beta software at your own risk and should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Atley does not promise that a beta will meet a particular purpose or remain available.
3. Feedback
You may send feedback, bug reports, or suggestions. Atley may use that feedback to improve the products. You are not required to provide feedback.
4. Updates
Atley may publish new beta builds, change enrollment, or end a beta at any time. A newer build may replace an older one. Installing an update may change how the app works.
5. Communications
If you join a beta, Atley may contact you about access, updates, feedback requests, and important changes to that beta. That is separate from optional news about other Atley products, which you can accept or decline on the enrollment form.
6. Withdrawal
You may stop using a beta at any time by uninstalling the app. To withdraw your enrollment or request deletion of the information you submitted, email support@atley.llc.
7. No extra promises
These Beta Terms do not create a warranty, service-level commitment, or obligation to release a final product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
